Chinacomm is a leading wireless service provider in China. The company was founded in 1994, formerly the Engineering Division of Hong Kong Hua Tong International Telecommunications Co Ltd. Hua Tong was established in 1987, with sales of PABX, Panasonic and Motorola pagers as its major business at the beginning. After going through eight years of struggling and innovation, the company became the largest value-added agent in China for Motorola pagers and paging system. After Motorola relinquished its sales from the paging market in China in 2000, China Unicom chose Chinacomm to undertake system maintenance and technical support for Motorola paging facilities throughout the country.


Chinacomm established its mobile communication engineering division in 1999, right after that Chinacomm successfully set up strategic partnership with world-renowned mobile network suppliers such as Motorola, Ericsson, Nortel and Lucent Technologies, concluding subcontractor pact in professional services of mobile network,
and subsequently participating in mobile network roll out and mobile network optimization services in various provinces and cities. These projects involved GSM and CDMA networks in major provinces and municipalities such as Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shandong, Liaoning, Sichuan, Henan, Hebei, Hunan, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Chongqing and Xinjiang.

Apart from intensifying cooperation with mobile network suppliers, Chinacomm is also positive in opening up of cooperative opportunities with mobile operators in order to cope with the rapid development of the mobile market. The business portfolio of Chinacomm includes mobile network design, network roll out, network O&M and network optimization. Chinacomm has established professional service brand among mobile communication operators and mobile network suppliers with its superb service quality and substantial technical strength. By promoting customer-driven business development flow and service delivery flow, Chinacomm further solidifies its core competitiveness in the industry. Chinacomm has passed assessment and examination and approval of the Ministry of Information Industry to obtain corporate authentication in communication and information system integration on October 2002 because of its national leading technical strength and service quality.

Chinacomm has set up branch offices in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Beijing, Chongqing, Xi¡¯an, Chengdu and Nanning to shorten the time to customer.
