The switching network operation and maintenance support service includes technical support of daily operation and maintenance of switching network; trouble shooting; on site training of switching network knowledge; verifying of data standardization of switching network; signaling network monitoring and analysis; network management monitoring; and optimization of operation and maintenance process of switching network.

Base station operation and maintenance support service
Base station operation and maintenance support service includes technical support of daily maintenance of base station equipment, technical support of base station cut over, and optimization of base station operation and maintenance process. Among them the technical support of base station cut over includes verification of transmission, activation of base station, daily checking after activation, BTS trouble shooting, relocating of base station to new location area, and re-planning of base station frequency, neighboring relationship and handover parameter.
